DESCRIPTION OF THERMAL DESTRUCTION METHOD

Thermolysis or thermal destruction is a controlled process of thermal decomposition of raw materials - organioc and plastic waste. The peculiarity of the process is the lack of oxygen access to all components of combustion. In the heating process, it is possible to obtain initial monomers of some polymers. At the same time, the plastic to be processed does not require preliminary sorting and cleaning.

The method of thermal destruction of waste is the most acceptable and promising method of recycling:

  • the thermolysis method meets the EU standards and requirements for the safety of waste management.
  • thermal destruction plants are versatile in terms of the possibility of recycling organic waste of all types.
  • method is economically profitable, since processing of plastic gives valuable fuel raw, useful for further use and, accordingly, implementation.

Products of plastics processing by pyrolysis method are as following:

  • Methanol
  • Electricity (on request)
  • Heat energy (on request)
  • Hydrogen

A certain advantage of the thermochemical technology of biofuel production is its versatility, since it allows the use of almost any raw material containing organic components.

The resulting product (methanol) is can be a full-fledged replacement for oil motor fuels.
